Sleep is one of the most fundamental parts of our day to day mental health. A single bad nights sleep can wreak emotional havoc almost immediately. Study after study has shown the short and long-term benefits of a healthy sleep cycle, and yet many of us are chronically underslept. So what's going on?
In truth, many of us have developed unhelpful sleep habits and patterns that caused our sleep to become stuck and unhealthy. We'd like to sleep better but don't know how to change our sleep trajectory.
In this sleep seminar, we start with basic topics in sleep science and hygiene. We then build on this to help you create a set of sleep practices, called a sleep routine that will actually "program" your mind to sleep better!
