Goals, Habits and Values

The Goals, Habits, and Values program is meant to put you in touch with the beliefs and values that you find fundamentally important while also addressing the unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behavior that stop you from making progress towards the rich and meaningful life that you want.

 

Values are our motivational gas pedals and are tied to the sort of person we want to be in the world. They are directions not destinations, and understanding them better can fill us with energy and purpose.

Habits are automatic ways of behaving or tendencies that we have settled into. This program teaches you to become mindful of your habits, reprogram your automated behaviors so they work for you rather than against you and actually help you to move toward your goals.
